Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong & Macau)
All purchases are processed on the day of order and will be shipped within 5 working days of order. Apart form bespoke items or products made to order, please see product description for more details. It will usually take about 5 working days from dispatch date for delivery to most Hong Kong addresses, including outlaying islands (Discovery Bay, Lamma & Lantau) however please allow up to 7 working days.
Wicks & Co. is not responsible or liable for any package that is lost or stolen after the package has been dispatched. We advice to select ‘Tracked & Traced’ option to avoid lost or stolen packages. Should a misdelivery occur, tracking number provided can be used to report to assigned courier company for further information.
All orders will be shipped out via Hong Kong Post.
International Shipping (Asia)
All purchases are processed on the day of order and will be shipped within 5 working days of order via Hong Kong Post. Apart form bespoke items or products made to order, please see product description for more details.
Wicks & Co. will provide tracking numbers for most packages, however we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Please allow up to 2 weeks from dispatch date for delivery via Hong Kong Post and up to 3 weeks for delivery to Macau. Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes and fees upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information regarding customs duties, taxes or fees.
International Shipping (Rest of the World)
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 5 working days of order. Wicks & Co. will provide tracking numbers for most packages, however we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All orders will be shipped out via Hong Kong Post.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated by order weight, destination and shipping method. Cost of shipping may vary depending on the submitted shipping address issued on the order invoice. Additional services such as ‘Tracked’ shipping options are provided upon request. Select preferred method at checkout.
Cancellations
As we process all orders daily, cancellations may only be made within an hour post of order confirmation. Your full order will be refunded via selected payment method. Cancellations made after day of order will not be accepted.
